What is Dargo Dlink?
Dlink is a Linktree-style "link in bio" page you host on your own Dargo device. Pick a username, drop in your avatar and bio, add the social icons that matter (Instagram, YouTube, your Amazon store, anything custom), and a clean mobile-friendly profile page goes live at your own subdomain or custom domain.
It's the kind of tool you'd usually rent from a SaaS — except here the page, the database, and the uploaded images all sit on your machine. No traffic limits beyond Dargo's per-device allowance, no upgrade tier paywalls, no "your bio link looks like everyone else's" template trap. Open-source so you can fork the templates if you want a layout you don't see elsewhere.
What you get
- Public profile page — single-column mobile-first layout with your avatar, bio, social icons, and a list of custom links. Smooth hover effects, dark theme out of the box.
- Admin panel at
/admin— edit your profile, upload an avatar, drag-and-drop reorder your links, add or remove social icons. No code, no YAML. - Custom domain or *.mydargo.com subdomain — picked when you install. HTTPS cert is auto-issued and renewed by Dargo.
- Your data, your box — SQLite database + uploads sit in a Docker volume on your device. Take a snapshot, copy it elsewhere, restore — it's just files.
Install on your Dargo device
Open the AppStore in your portal
Sign in at my.dargo.net, pick the device you want Dlink to run on, and open the AppStore tab.
Find Dlink, click Install
Dlink lives in the Social category. Pick a free *.mydargo.com subdomain (e.g. jane.mydargo.com) or point a custom domain at it.
Open /admin on your new page
The install gives you a private admin URL. Set your username, drop in your bio, and add your first links. Public profile updates instantly.
Pricing
Dlink itself is free and open-source. Running it on Dargo uses some of your device's traffic + storage allowance — the same allowance that already covers every other AppStore install. Most personal link-in-bio pages won't move the needle on your monthly usage at all.
